You can use use event viewer if you are using to start a .bat which can kill all srcds.exe's. Then use a automated server restarter to restart if the server has been down

I've had this problem with jb_minecraft_z or w/e the name is for it. I just removed the map and that doesn't happen anymore. No map should be more valuable than to deal with crashes.
