The way I sorted it was checked if their team was spectator on spawn and simply disabled collisions for them.

You know stuff like this has horrible scaling on larger resolutions? I've this issue currently on some of the things I use ShowHudText for.

I believe they sent a newsletter out on the csgo servers mailing list. Sourcemod dev's have prepared the update, might be the beta branch.

There is a flaw with this in regards to if you were to upgrade someone to a higher level then they'd keep the months they "paid" for the lower package in theory abusing the price for the lower...

You've also got to note that typically srcds gets automatically bounced from core to core dependent on its usage unless you bind it to a dedicated core.
