Mod to mute decoys

Hi!

Is there any mod/plugin out there to mute decoys? I don't want decoys to make a sound after it's been thrown.

I saw some other thread talking about a gamemode_mode.cfg? But I can't seem to find this one.

What is the cvars in server.cfg that you use? I want primary for CT to be M4A1-S and P250.

Where do you change spawn weapon? I remember changing it in the past. But I can't seem to find it anymore.

On my server admins get muted when they die. Even if I have set the correct immune level in sm_hosties.

Well obviously 1 does 1 minute.

I'd rather just find a way to disable round draw instead of doing something with the time.

If set at 0 the round time goes to 1 minute for some reason. Am I doing something wrong?

Whenever the time runs out on my server, it restarts as "round draw"

How do I disable this? I never want it to restart unless a team is completely dead.
