just tested and
not all props were spawned but i think you just need to fully full the plugin :)
Please make the spawn infront or in the side of crosshair for unsolid too

i can give something like answers only to 2 of your needs for the increase size of spit you can maybe look for an cvar and then input in with sm_cvar spit_radius "900" :D and for the spitter can spew...

10x dude it works but... when a witch spawns all the sounds the game use like shoot01.wav or something like that is showed in game chat like this Console:playing shoot01.wav so could you fix that :)
