I've solved the issue by instituting a plugin that forces rock the vote 5 minutes before the end of every map, but thank you for your assistance fysiks.

The poly_mode is always set to 2, and the rtv plugin is your rtv plugin poly_rtv.

I'm running this polymorph plugin and it works fine and when people rtv the modvote system kicks in followed by a map vote for maps of that mod.

well your plugin is designed to be a multi-mod plugin and therefore it's map voting system is designed to work around just that, If i have plugins for one mod and plugins for another, and many maps...

What about all the other mods, hardly ever is it doing mod voting for my maps when the timer runs out, in fact on runemod, it has had the timer run out and done a mod vote, but other times it doesn't...
