Nope.. everybody see hit damage.
5.You See bullet damage at real time. (not only vips)
And one more question. Can i change my .amxx file back to .sma?

I need that plugin without hit damage show for "normal players" (only for vips)
Can someone help me ? Preferably .sma file thx. I need to fix few things.
