I for the life of me cant understand this thing half of the files are missing according to the tutorial, dont you have a package pre-compiled with all the items so that a newb like me can understand...

There is several ways of hosting a file server, it depends completely on what you have available to you and the limits

1. if your hosting a csgo/css/cs1.6 server off your pc or paying for a GSP...

Im using a random map plugin and if someone votes to extend the map 15 minutes the next map is set at 30mins instead of the default 15, what could be doing this?
