Got it (https://dl.dropbox.com/u/860991/vaudio_speex.so) (MD5; f918b9dc5a36325ae84649c0b3a86d8b). It also needs a symlink from libtier0.so to libtier0_srv.so.

Does a newer version of vaudio_speex.so exist anywhere? Loading the MM plugin currently fails for me with "vaudio_speex.so: undefined symbol: Q_stristr".

For some reason this server was running SM 1.2.2-dev something. And I had installed the new version, for SM 1.3... :oops: It's working fine now, after I upgraded SM.
