Not much can be done here since "the last stand" update completely broke the physics on L4D2. I can only recommend putting the tickrate at 60 and changing the other convars.

L4DToolZ works for majority of the servers. If it doesn't work for a specific host, then that's to do with host. Asking a completely new plugin be made for that is asking too much.

If they work on one set and not the other then it's probably the host that has blocked it. Nothing to do with the plugin code.

The animation glitch can't be fixed because that's client side animation. Its the difference between client sending the command and server blocking it.

You can force transitional syntax in your plugins by adding the following at the top of your code. Semicolon is also a good to have as it makes your code look neat.

I didn't want to track the weapons, but I guess it is a feature that people would want. I'll see to it in the coming update.

Switching weapons on ladder was not a feature of this plugin to begin with, however I will consider that in the future updates.

Not sure, if there is, but it should be fairly simple since all those events exist in the game, so all you are doing is printing a message at them.
