Made another server.(Lag)

Hey again i made a new scrim server and im worry about lag.
On my other bhop server,when 5+ people joined they all spiked
and I had 4 ping.Im wondering whats the best sets or rates(idk)

Thanks alot for this.Still dint work.I changed all the settings you gave me even changed the airaccelerate to 500,nothink changed.I dont know.:cry:
