1) If the game is not CS:GO and the prop is expected to be not movable it will lead to the physics mayhem bug (use prop_dynamic_override instead).

- It will likely reduce fps
- ZE server may run out of edicts which will end in crashes. The limit is 2047, but There are some maps where it comes very close...
