I don't know how standart sound supressed, may be "play" and "teamplay_round_end" uses one CHANNEL_AUTO soundchannel.
But trust me, it works :) .

You can do with this plugin anything you want, this plugin was written because Say Sounds Hybrid can't realize this feature(play at round_end with supressing standart sound) and because this feature...

About events with pre-defined sounds, like teamplay_round_win.
My noobish brain talks me that need to use AmbientSHook or NormalSHook instead of HookEvent. All we need is to modify one parameter...

I found method to play sound at teamplay_round_end :). In this plugin -

Don't use notepad or simple text editor. Use text editor with syntax highlight, like Notepad++

Same question. And how to play random sound (sound random from list) on event ?
For example, when round_end, server playing misc/re1.mp3;
next round_end server will play misc/re21.mp3 etc....

There is no delay needed for voteban and votekick, for example. But it needs for votemap, or some other votes.
