You should create a symlink into tf/orangebox/bin/ named dedicated.so pointing to dedicated_srv.so or just renaming the file. That will at least bring the server up, but Sourcemod will still be...

Yeah, Valve screwed up the Linux dedicated, I suggest everyone to not upgrade to the latest version until this issue will be fixed.
For the unlucky ones like us, is there any temporary solution?

To get this working, all you have to do is to put melee_weapon_unlock.vpk file into left4dead2/left4dead2/addons folder, reboot server, and then there shouldn't be any issue at all, all melee...

Here's my updated version of the VPK file to unlock all melee weapons, simply put it into the addons folder overwriting the old one.
Updated to the newest Death Toll campaign.
