Since I have a new ISP, I'm trying to open again my ports. I tried those:

TCP: 27000-27014, 27015-27037
UDP: 1200, 3487, 4379-4380, 27000-27031

I tried turning off Firewall and downloading everything again. I checked ports and they are open
