The compiler is there on AMXX 1.0 too... Using a web compiler is the worst idea.

You don't need any additional programs to compile plugins.

Plugins compiled under 1.8.3 won't work in 1.8.2.
Plugins compiled under 1.8.2 will work in 1.8.3.

Don't use AMXX Studio. It's shit.
