I don't think you need a extra plugin for this, edit HLstats_EventHandlers.plib at line 403, 404 and change the 12, add the new kill streaks numbers in the webadmin, and restart the perl daemon.

Same here our servers INS, CS:S, L4D 1/2, NTS (windows) crashing frequently with MM 1.8 + SM 1.3 even without 3rd plugins, back to MM 1.8 + SM 1.2.4 and the crashs are gone.

Negative, you cant do that with SM and Insurgency afaik. Only way is to decrypt the *.ctx files in /insurgency/scripts/pclasses with Vice keys & vice key cracker...

You can change the squads and weapon loadouts, eg. in Insurgency give everyone 2 smokes etc... ;)

ltgenkd, you cant do that dynamically with *.imc2 file, but with this plugin you can do it on the fly without the need to edit a file and restart the server.

There is no RPG in the menu?! And no, its not posible to load the RPG if there where one, due the lack of giveammo support by the mod, same for the M203. :P
