I think B and Z permissions are needed. I had to stop using this one as it kept crashing so test it well before you leave it running unattended.

Running Windows and still no luck in hl2dm. I tried downgrading sourcemod to 1070 (the listed min ver.) but the results are the same.

I don't know if it's important but the grab beam seems to be coming from the ground under the player while the hook and rope seem to come from the middle.
