Change the cvar "l4d_infected_glow_death" to "1". Reason is ragdolls are client side, the faster they're moving, or if they fall etc the glow will not be in the same place as where they die.

You have the option with the _stumble cvar and can turn off damage for whichever SI, don't see any other point to completely blocking shoving.

Maybe local server issue then, SourceMod isn't supported on Local servers and I won't support either. If someone else wants to find the signature for that go ahead and post it.

Otherwise that plugin probably should check for "m_bIsOnThirdStrike" in L4D2 or "m_currentReviveCount" == 2 in L4D1....
