How to give flags "gh" to overrides

So basically, I have two Flags which represent two groups.
"g" = Mod
"h" = Admin

I want to use an override for them both, but my way of doing it doesn't work..
Do I have to space them out or...

Hello, how do you set tags for specific people which only they can buy?

for example. VIP (1) they buy it for 1 credit and buying this tag is only available to them.

Heads are still being removed from the TF2 version, respawning straight after does nothing to fix it.
Anyone got any ideas?

EDIT: Fixed. Installed TF2 items

Hello Guys! The TF2 versions seems to be removing the characters heads of players, which is strange.. Anyone got any tips on how to resolve this?

+ Tracers, Models, Pets, weapon colours, grenade...
