Is sourcemod auto updating?

Hello guys I'm wondering if sourcemod is auto updating cause I didnt update it for a while? and if it isnt is it safe to update him manually even though I have plugins installed. Thanks everyone

you can try registering on website called gametracker, post your server IP you can track most of the stuff there. good luck
