Bumping this thread again, I've been having the same issue now but the only problem now is the actual time and not the date, time is not correct so if it's 3PM now it will show as 4PM, tried changing...

Sourcebans showing wrong dates/time

When I ban someone it always shows up as if I banned him the next day, so if I banned him September 8th it shows as September 9th, how to fix this?
