When I use sm_vote to make a vote the map switch instant after the vote is complete. I want to be set in round end!

I dont know where you server is hosted! But maybe you control panel pass is hacked switch this pass too! With that he have your server.cfg with your pass! And another thing dont put your .cfg file on...

Why you need to use parachute?
You can just say !pause and say !noclip after that you say !continue to resume your run!
Or you can use !practice and cp menu.
