i guess all old spawns are working fine you can check his github also
if you have any issue with spawns then mention the maps i will make new

Add this in server.cfg - sm_retakes_weapon_pistolrounds "3"

for shanapu/MyWeaponAllocator - cfg/sourcemod/retakes/MyWeaponAllocator.cfg and change how many round will be pistol round

You have 2 options for this
1st- max round 30 and add max pistol rounds 30 command in server.cfg
2nd - edit weapons allotter sourcecode remove all guns and keep pistol only and compile
