Okay. So in my servers, players spawn next to each other, sometimes players spawn inside each other. What is the fix for that?

Before Valve's operation update, these CVARs had values 3.5
dm_spawn_median_distance_ratio 3.5
dm_spawn_min_team_distance_ratio 3.5

After Valve's operation update the above CVARs have value 1.0...

I'm getting this bug in my deathmatch server:

v0.11.5 (12/06/2014):
- Fixed P2000 sounding like a deagle if USP-S is selacted in player loadout

Apparently it was fixed in 0.11.5 version, and...
