Added cvar l4d_max_time (Admins are immune to this).
Added config l4d_pipebomb_duration for setting max allowable timer.

I love living dangerously lol...but besides that i still fail to see how hooking every entity would be an issue if he properly implements blocking items/weapons he wants to pickup from being hooked....

yah thats actually a good point, i wrote this when i had minimal experience at writing arguments or coding really. Although pointless its negligible, when i get around to it i'll rewrite it better....

best way i know how is to use onentitycreated and hook all the entities you'd like to prevent picking up with sdkhook onplayeruse, return plugin_handled in there. if u cant figure it out, let me know...

what your doing won't work, u have to detect the last weapon in a given slot that your in, within onplayerruncmd when it detects a change in what u last selected, give the next weapon in your array...
