- FF2 Subplugins are required to be in the freaks folder with a .ff2 file extension

- Make sure maps.cfg and along other important configs like characters.cfg exist

Due to using tf_wearable_demoshield. Either need a subplugin that gives a wearable or use "wearable1" if your running Unofficial FF2. And Salmon doesn't support wearables too I believe.

[TF2] Anti-Double Engineer Swing

A quick patch of double Engineer swings.

This is a simple work around towards an exploit with Engineers being able to hit players twice without a delay with melees.

Well after a long time without updates, I updated Gray Mann with his a new plugin along with Menu Manager.
Menu Manager is an alternative to AMS where you can use abilities from a menu.
And if not,...

Check for any errors on why the boss won't load.
Most common reasons are a missing subplugin, non-existent config, or incorrect version.

sounds.smx doesn't use sound books, it just adds a command to play sounds to players.

Make sure the files are downloaded on your client as well.
If your using a FastDL, make sure those files are in it too using bz2 files.
