I think you didn't quite understand.
"bank" is a console command. It's for clients, not for server like a server command.

GetClientModel (http://docs.sourcemod.net/api/index.php?fastload=show&id=424&) doesn't work because there's already a model selected. Even if the player doesn't yet.

Thats not the problem.
It was planned actually for v2. But recoding the plugin is as far away as never before.

The previous attached version will reset automatically the players money if he reaches the limit.

There's no reason at the moment.
