I can use the convar's and I see that the plugin is enabled via the game chat "Waiting for players... Infinite Ammo enabled" ect. ect.

TF2: Disabling Crit On Intelligence Maps

I know I can use the cvar to disable all crits, but is there a command where I can just disable them if the intelligence has been captured?
