this does the user:
user connects to the server
he will be in spec mode automaticly
he waits what the admin does,kick him er let him in
if he may get in...

nonono i mean, if there is a admin , the admin gets a menu where he can select if he want him to join or not , no vote just simple
yes = come in
no = kick
no voting at all, and if thers no admin,...

instead off having sv_password "passhere"
could someone make it like sv_askjoin "1=on" "0=off"
if the cvar is on (1) and people join, a admin will get a menu with something...

can someone make a plugin that only lets 1 ct and 1 t in a specified area , its mainly for ka_Acer_2 where i only want 1 t and 1 ct on the acer so there will be no blocking, it would be verry kind...
