The error is not misleading, you are running a build of MM:S 1.10, the extension build you’re trying to load requires MM:S 1.11.

Both your crashes are caused by the server apparently running out of memory (probably due to approaching the 3.8GB limit), you can see the messages in the "Raw" view of Accelerator.

In the future, best to file crashes caused by SM upgrades as GitHub issues against SourceMod - they're more likely to be seen quickly.

That code is just checking for allocating space to store the return value - supercede should work fine for void functions.

The dhooks-test plugin is a reference for plugin developers to use DHooks, you shouldn't be trying to run it.

sourcemod.2.tf2.dll is not a MM:S plugin, so you're just not loading SourceMod at all - I suggest reverting that and following through the rest of Bacardi's troubleshooting guide.
