All the approvers are supposed to be trustable users. I dont see any reason for use a separated moderator. It would take more time to update, and the moderator can get escape some plugin. Not if it...

You should allow manual edit on amxmodx.org so when some approver approve some plugin, he can go in website and add it there too.

There are a lot of plugins that havent got approved or unapproved. Don't expect that your plugin will get approved right after you post it, it is very rare to happen. At least, all that i have seen...

Yes there are some approvers that dont connect for long time, but they probably have them own reasons. And probably have spoke with main administrators.
