I solved the problem replacing default GeoIP.dat, with the one in this link: http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCountry/GeoIP.dat.gz

This plugin crashes with 1.8.3 versions, and with 1.8.2 It's not precise.
With arkshine module also crashes

Anyone has an idea of how to fix this?
