CS:GO voice quality???

Can someone help me out? I can't seem to find settings for voice_quality like you have in regular CS. Also, if anybody has a list of codecs I can use for my server, it'd be much appreciated :) :3

Actually, this appears to be directly related to MM/SM. We have been running a pure vanilla install of the server with no crash, but both servers that have MM/SM on them crash constantly with the...
