I also used this plugin long time ago and didn't have problems with it (i think it was version b).
But today i'm using l4d_CreateSurvivorBot, l4d_survivor_identity_fix and [L4D2]The passing CSM...

Same for me except i got the l4d2 survivor when i'm on a l4d1 map.
I don't try so much to try different setting in the cfg file cos i have a lot of others plugins to set before but may be there is...
