I also have a 4k monitor. I got around the small text by changing font size in settings.

This has fixed the application looking blurry, but also...

For the brackets, it's quite simple. For example
public void OnPluginStart()
{
// comments and string literals bug this
char a = 'a';
}
Remove method contents and position yourself on { or }...
