You will need to use TF2ItemsInfo to get the item data from the game.

You have to know that TF2Ware use GiveWeapon. And Giveweapon use tf2II. but tf2II is outdated. And TF2Ware is broken because Give Weapon is broken because of it. As long as give weapon works again...

So there's no way we can use tf2iteminfo now... TF2Ware gets crashing anyway
