[TF2] Segmentation faults after 64bit update

I noticed that my servers now crash with segmentation fault if I enable plugins that utilizes SteamTools, or just try to load the SteamTools extension with sm exts load steamtools.

Plugin isn't really neccesary, you can just enter cl_showpos 1 in the console to see your coordinates and angle.
