War3Evo servers don't ban for this, but handles it differently.

This is file has not been tested, but if you want, you can test it for me.

I quickly typed up a addon for smac that would ban a player after X number of spinhack detections.

iirc smac spinhack detection does not ban players, but only logs them. the reason for that is, it is so easy to turn up your mouse to 6 sensitivity and spin constantly for 15 seconds to set off...
