In Css ; when map doesn't change after the winninground, change this "EndGameSilent" in gungame.config.txt to "1" ;
It will end now and change the map with normal scoreboard.

Note;
on rpg server's set time till a minimum of 15 sec.
this because high leveled players can still suicide before they are dead,join,kill or explode
