Client-side cvar/cmd flags?

Working with left4dead2, i'm trying to make a few convars that I use for screenshots non-cheat on my server, but they aren't listed in the server's convar dump and seem to be ignored by the sourcemod...

Works fine for me; though occasionally flares don't work on the very first map the server ever activly runs for some reason. Is it showing in sm plugins list?

Also not working on l4d2 anymore with the same message about signatures as above. I'm not really sure where to start with recompiling it at present, extensions are slightly out of my league.
