If you were working with a webui and that's what messed the code up then my apologies but if you look at your code you'll see huge errors that really can't be mistaken. The plugin itself doesn't work...

The problem isn't with your database. I've looked at the code myself and it's the plugin. Whether you set it up "correctly" or not it will always print the problem you're having.

I downloaded and installed this plugin on my CS:GO server and can confirm the table no created error as well as the !mytime command outputting completely wrong.

I script sourcepawn plugins myself...
