I have personally tested this plugin on several of my linux boxes and it worked quite well. The only way that we could get the server to lag was when we used admin commands to spawn literally...

Are you testing it with just the default guns that come on the map? Or are you spawning tons of them with admin? Because I think it would lag regardless if you have that many entities, wouldn't it?

The plugin stops the server from calculating collision angles between guns, which is what causes the lag when a user throws a grenade at them.
