Req : Css plugin !skybox

Hello, wanted to ask if you guys know a css plugins which allow players to type !skybox and change skybox in real time :) Thanks for what you guys do for this forum and have a good night/day :)

When I set it to sv_downloadurl "fast.verygames.net/18/585037/" I still have the only fastdl which work "http://hazegaming.servergamers.net/csgo/". :/
