Yes, multiple people on the server can use it, however the buddies do take up a player spot. This plugin doesn't use the bot command so it doesn't really matter what you consider it.

You can't use the command as the server. Oh and I'm using the TF2_GetPlayerClass stock.

-Added cvar sm_iammo_enable <0|1|2> - 0 = disable infinite ammo; 1 = enable infinite ammo through the command; 2 = automatically give infinite ammo to everyone

Yeah, they can all be done without any cheating or with "bot" - this just makes it faster and easier.
