Also crashing ever now and then on World Deaths, like deep pits and the Train in CFT_well. Dying by one of these can crash my server.

That's what I am seeing. People have run there server with just meta mod.
I personally have not tried, but it seems others have.

Found teh problem

It was the Thin provisioning. I did a conversion to Thick.
Figures, VM says it's suppose to be hit-less.

Correct it was set at 100.
I tried 66 with no difference.
But I will try it out with those values.

I forgot to add that it is a 32 player server, and I'm not really restricted on bandwidth use....

I just switched over my 2Fort server to new hardware, and for some reason the game is running slower, not massively slower but enough you can tell your rocket jumps last longer in the air and scout...

Yeah, seriously. When my server started crashing after the update, I was actually happy as hell to find out it was SM and not Valve for a change. Then it got better as Bailopan already posted saying...
