thanks for your comment! I actually went into the workshop folder and the map was under the folder with the specified id (the .bsp file). I removed all folders under workshop and restarted the server...

I prefer to bind my cpu to certain threads in linux to get a more consistent var.

You can do this like this:
pgrep srcds_linux => returns csgo process numbers
taskset -cp <processnumber> =>...

Ok bug has been resolved:

host_players_show 2
host_info_show 1

Does the trick for hlsw
and Gotv is still working then.

Apparently the bug is with
host_info_show 2
if I do host_info_show 1 the bug is gone but then I'm unable to view my players in HLSW which was quite handy
