Lets say some1 bets 50 coins , so jbed_take_coins playername 50 and when the results are announced if the player wins 100 coins then jbed_give_coins 150 is coins bet (50) + won (100)

You may edit the sma i provided and use "jbed_give_coins" to give coins and "jbed_take_coins" to take the coins from...
