Please don't be a noob replying ban with SteamID ;)

But it saves the cvar to all players !!
I need to make cvar to specific player, If you do reply you'll see the great plugin that I'll make :D

Sure !!! But SteamID is to ban one player, with the IP range you can ban a city or a country ;)
