Community servers running SourceMod broken after update?

Is anyone else dealing with this right now? I have been poking around to see if there's a fix but can't find one yet.

I'll be setting up a 1.6 tournament at my school with 16 round games with a half switch after round 8. With just the base game I have almost no idea how to permanently mod the server or even change...

I see tons of servers popping up all over the place from the community, but no CSDM servers yet. CSDM is a great way to get better with gun mechanics and aim. Optimal would probably be 20-24 slot,...
