I'm experiencing the same issue. Added de_nuke_ve to my CS:GO server and none of my clients can download the map.

Manually adding the map to my game does load the map when joining the server....

I don't think they changed anything. The web front-end is still working and HLDS doesn't give a MySQL error.

No it's running on my own Dell PowerEdge, Windows Server 2008.

I haven't logged in to the server for a week or so and this happened like 3 days ago. I'm the only one with access to the machine ;)...
